Hallo Forum,

ich wollte heute nacht einen Americas Army Server aufsetzen auf Debian 3.1 wenn ich den Server mit ./server-bin global Dusk -nohomedir ini=server.ini log=server.log starte bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung.

Welchen Namen muss ich als username für den authorizied Server nutzen?
Wie wird mein Server zu einem Honor Server.
Und was hat es mit den Fehlermeldungen "Failed to load" auf?
Gibt es ein Webinterface wie bei UT?

Auch andere Parameter und Verzeichnisse habe ich versucht. Wäre schon wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte. Danke.

ist der server bei http://login.americasarmy.com angemeldet? AFAIR muss nur die IP in dem AA-account eingepflegt sein, dann ist der server automatisch authorized (es muss in der ini kein login konfiguriert werden). Honor bekommst du bei http://www.aahonor.com/ oder einem lokalen reseller.

Danke für Deine Antwort ich habe den Server dort eingetragen, fraglich ist nur was die dort mit Hostnamen meinen. Technisch gesehen dürfte da ja nur der Hostname stehen, aber ich glaube dies ist damit nicht gemeint. Der Server läuft soweit nur eben die Authorization funktioniert nicht. Die Ausgabe sieht jetzt wie folgt aus:

Ich wurde gerne folgende Probleme lösen:

1. Failed to load .......
2. Cheat protection disabled
3. Still no game class, now trying ini:Engine.Engine.DefaultServerGame
4. Server Authorization Failed

Wobei Letzteres das Wichtigeste ist.
Auf aahonor.com bin ich bereits gewesen 400$ jedes Jahr und 100$ Setup Gebühr ist echt überzogen. So wird dann am Ende doch Geld damit gemacht. Es gibt aber noch andere Tracking-Arten?
Unter Adresse http://www.americasarmy.com/downloads/files/LinuxServerSetup_121404.pdf findet man ein HowTo zu Dedicated Americas Army Linux Server. Dort sieht man auch schön wie die Ausgabe eigentlich aussieht.

Wenn ich auf meinem Server spiele steht also "Unauthorized Server". Obwohl unter aa-mbs.com http://www.aa-mbs.com/search.php?search_init=full&type=wildcard&attr=serverName&value=eSports-Commununity+AA+Server mein Server als "Army Authorized Server" gelisted ist. Danke.

Hallo Forum,

das Problem ist jetzt gelöst. Es lag wohl daran, dass der Abschnitt nur in Verbindung mit einem Honor Server genutzt werden soll:

Ich habe die beiden Zeilen auskommentiert und siehe da es funktioniert. Der Server gibt zwar immer noch einige Fehlermeldungen aus, aber dieses Problem ist somit gelöst. Der Server ist jetzt als Authorized Server gestartet. Danke für eurer Hilfe.
